We are committed to developing riders sustainably within the British Cycling race system. Providing the necessary skills, opportunities and financial support for racers to thrive and successfully proceed to the next step in their cycling career.
MENTORING & SUPPORT
Our Mentoring Programme pairs experienced racers with developing riders, both in and outside of the team. Encouraging knowledge sharing and gaining valuable skills that go beyond cycling.
New in 2026, our Club Development Programme provides a bridge between club and team racing. Supporting club riders with access to team workshops, dedicated resource and guidance.
Community
We host workshops like Bike Racing 101's and events to showcase women’s storytelling and celebrate our sport. We break down barriers to racing through skills sessions and entry-level events, with our races now among the best attended in the UK.
