Men's Tour de France Grand Départ (2–4 July 2027) 

The men's race will consist of three stages covering approximately 630km across three nations. Tour de France

  • Edinburgh, Scotland: Host of the Grand Départ and start of Stage 1.
  • Carlisle, England: Finish location for Stage 1.
  • Keswick, England: Start location for Stage 2 in the Lake District.
  • Liverpool, England: Finish location for Stage 2 on the iconic waterfront.
  • Welshpool, Wales: Start location for Stage 3.
  • Cardiff, Wales: Finish location for Stage 3, marking the end of the UK leg.



Tour de France Femmes Grand Départ (30 July – 1 August 2027) 

The women's race begins four weeks later and marks the first time the event has started in the UK. BBC
